1. Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We currently offer shipping only within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. Below are the shipping options available:

Note: Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders totaling $100 or more.
3.Shipping Costs
For orders below $100, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping across Canada. Additional charges apply for expedited or express shipping options, depending on the weight and size of your order.
4. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations**
- Returns : We currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (such as modifying the shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped, and no cancellations will be accepted.
5. Potential Service Interruptions
Please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen events such as weather delays, carrier service disruptions, or high order volumes during peak periods (e.g., holidays). We will do our best to communicate any delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. No In-Store Pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup services. All orders must be shipped to a valid address within Canada.
